Adding Facebook iFrame Tabs to Pages

There seems to be a lot of confusion around adding a Facebook iFrame Tab to a Facebook page - and quite rightly so as yet again, Facebook have change their precedures.
Up until recently, you create your app, add your settings (URL and secure URL for iFrame tabs for example), view the newly created Application Profile Page and click on 'Add To My Page', select the page you want to add it to and POW! You've got yourself a shiny new tab on your Facebook Brand Page.
Recently, Facebook have not only removed the 'view application profile page' link, but they've removed the application profile page all together. New apps don't create profile pages unless you specifically instruct them to via the settings - and even when you do, there's no link on that page to add it to your page!
If you're easily irritated (like myself) having to spend the next 30 minutes trying to find the 'new' way of adding a Facebook iFrame tab to your page. At time of writing, it's not in the documentation either. You have to sift through the Facebook developer blog posts to find it.
So for everybody struggling to work out how to add custom iFrame tabs to their Facebook brand pages under Facebook's new architecture, I give you this! The quickest and easiest way (I've found) to do it.
